“I cannot express what a pleasure it is to work with the team at Berkeley Building Company. Emil Frei and his team kept construction activity impact to a minimum which lead to the great success of our City Place Interior Atrium Renovation project. The team was incredibly thoughtful and diligent in their planning to make sure construction was sequenced to achieve the greatest results.”

About Berkeley Building Company
Berkeley Building Company has the full range of preconstruction services including estimating, scheduling, logistics, risk and cost/benefit analysis, sustainability expertise and the ability to provide due diligence services for most building types. Berkeley Building Company is founded on the belief that cost effective building can be accomplished through a process that is as fair as it is transparent. With just a handful of employees, Emil Frei opened the doors to BBC in January of 2010. Even with a down real estate market, the company took off with projects in the Institutional, Corporate Interiors, Commercial, Sports Venues, Restaurant and Retail sectors. Today, BBC is well on the way to becoming one of Boston’s fastest growing commercial general contractors.
Our focus is providing exceptional and predictable service to our clients at a price that is as competitive as the market will allow. This is not simply marketing for us. We employ our own tradespeople which avoids layers of markup and we have the resources of an extensive group of loyal, professional, and established subcontractors to give both additional competition and expertise. We have an enormously experienced staff and our collective project knowledge gives us the insight to plan a project correctly from the start through completion. Finally, we are passionate about building and that passion and drive ensures that when we make a promise, we will keep it.
