Berkeley Building Company recently completed upgrades for the Conservation Law Foundation at 62 Summer Street in Boston.
The project, completed in February 2019, involved upgrades to the infrastructure of CLF’s existing four-story wood framed building with masonry exterior, and included a new roof, an upgraded lobby to meet ADA compliance, and new/upgraded MEPs throughout.
This project was executed in a very tight urban setting – so tight that all deliveries and load outs had to be performed off hours.
Team members included Project Architect Jonathan Austin of Austin Architects, and BBC project Team members Al Charpentier, Sr. Project Manager, and Emil Frei-Howe, Superintendent.
