With 35 years of construction industry under his belt, Michael Capozzi joined Berkeley Building Company as a Senior Superintendent in 2012, and currently holds the position of Vice President.
He enjoys being the go-to guy for challenging projects, and cites his work at 41 Westland Avenue as one such example – despite difficulty with communication and endurance, Michael led the project to a successful conclusion with great results. Other large projects he is proud of include his work at 41-43 Westland Ave, 44 Burbank Street and Parcel 9.
In addition to his impressive work at BBC, Michael has also received several industry awards within historical restoration along with numerous safety awards.
Before joining BBC, he previously worked as a Senior Superintendent at Dimeo, and as a Lead Superintendent at Shawmut Construction.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling to Florida, spending time with his family, and participating in competitive shooting events across the nation. He is also an active member of the Christina Capozzi Foundation, a non-profit foundation which was formed to raise funds for research on heart disease at Children’s Hospital in Boston, MA.
